You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dotslogics LLC and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising or resulting from your breach of these Terms of Service or your use of the Site or services.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Dotslogics LLC regarding the use of the Site and services.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service will remain in full force and effect.
- No Waiver
The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision in these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by the Company in writing.
- Service Provider
Dotslogics LLC is only a service provider for the services mentioned above, it is not responsible for any kind of illegal or unethical usage of the services provided by Dotslogics LLC and any actions taken by the client will be the responsibility of the client.
- Communication
All communication between the Company and the client will be done via email and all important information regarding the services provided by the company will be sent to the email address provided by the client.
- Service Availability
Dotslogics LLC is not responsible for the availability of the services provided by the company, it will try its best to provide the services as soon as possible but due to some unforeseen circumstances it might take longer than expected.
- Refund Policy
Dotslogics LLC does not guarantee any specific results or rankings with its Search Engine Optimization services, however, if the client is not satisfied with the services provided, a refund can be requested but the refund will only be given if the company is not able to deliver the services as promised in the agreement.
- Changes to Services
Dotslogics LLC reserves the right to make changes to the services provided without notice. The company will try its best to inform the client of any changes but it’s not guaranteed.
- Non-Disclosure Agreement
All information provided by the client to Dotslogics LLC is considered confidential and will not be shared with any third-party unless it is necessary to provide the services agreed upon in the contract.
- No Spamming
Dotslogics LLC does not tolerate any kind of spamming and will terminate the services immediately if found guilty of spamming.
- Account Security
It’s the client’s responsibility to keep their account information and passwords secure. Dotslogics LLC will not be responsible for any unauthorized access to the client’s account.
- No Hacking
Dotslogics LLC does not condone any kind of hacking and will terminate the services immediately if found guilty of hacking.
- No Scraping
Dotslogics LLC does not condone any kind of scraping and will terminate the services immediately if found guilty of scraping.
- No Phishing
Dotslogics LLC does not condone any kind of phishing and will terminate the services immediately if found guilty of phishing.
